POSITION: ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

HOURS: HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd SHIFT

• We provide transportation to and from all jobs – free of charge! 
• Job available on first-come, first-served basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble parts and components by hand, with hand tools, or with powered or fixtured equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and build sheets.
• Inspect your own work for defects and correct assembly.
• Meet production targets for speed and quality.
• Package and label finished products.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

JOB TASKS:

• Fasten, fit, press, or join components (screwing, clipping, riveting, bonding, etc.).
• Operate light equipment such as torque tools, presses, or testers.
• Perform visual and functional checks on assembled units.
• Set aside defective parts and notify a lead or supervisor.
• Record counts, lot numbers, or checks on production paperwork.
• Replenish parts and materials at your station.
• Rotate tasks or stations as needed.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements where equipment is used.

• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions exactly
• Attention to detail for spotting defects and mistakes
• Comfort with repetitive work for a full shift
• Reliable attendance and ability to keep pace with production goals
• Willingness to follow safety rules and use PPE
