What You’ll Do:

• Perform initial inspection of production run startups.
• Monitor control plan characteristics of assigned production equipment.
• Create Nonconformance Reports when required, tag affected materials.
• Perform visual inspections of assigned equipment.
• Notify production personnel of discrepancies.
• Collect SPC data and log.
• Keep work areas clean.
• Verify correct packaging on assigned equipment.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Tasks:

• Audit production as required.
• Perform gauge R&R studies.
• File documents and retained sample parts from production runs.
• Quarterly inventory.
• Clean department as required.
• Must be knowledgeable in the functional area being hired for as it relates to the IATF and ISO standards of the organization.
